Yeah, but how could Hillary remember Small Wonder? She's supposed to be what, 13? In a recent strip, she mentions Will Ferrel, making it clear that the strip is set in 2006 or thereabouts. She'd have to be in her 20's to remember rhat show. Shame on Ces for this one; either have your characters act their age, or give Hillary big, luscious breasts.
note to "anonymous": I'm guessing that the Forth family has watched the show in repeats on a local cable station. Shows not currently in syndication on major networks are usually still in repeats on some local station somewhere, so there's no time-related contradiction. When I said "remember" I was referring to the cartoonist, not the characters.
I haven't seen Small Wonder on syndicated TV in over ten years, but anyway, I was just doing the overanylytical internet nerd thing in a sort of ironic jokey way. Picture Comic Book Guy's voice saying my comment and you'll see what I mean.
In all actuality I've become a fan of Sally Forth, mostly because I really like Ces' other comic, Medium Large.
(By the way, nice blog. I came here from a link on the Silent Penultimate Panel Blog, which, in turn, I found from a link on Comics Curmudgeon. I like the comics blogs, obviously. Keep up the good work.
